Kexin Wang is a law clerk at Rock Trade Law LLC, where she assists attorneys with matters involving U.S. Customs and international trade.
Kexin earned her LL.M. in International Business and Economic Law with Distinction from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was named to the Dean’s List and received an award for her research on U.S. International Trade Commission antidumping determinations. She also holds an LL.B. from Beihang University in Beijing, where she graduated as an Outstanding Graduate.
Prior to joining Rock Trade Law, Kexin gained legal training at law firms and technology companies, supporting projects in antitrust, cross-border M&A, IPOs, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. She has also participated in pro bono initiatives addressing labor rights and supply chain due diligence.
Fluent in Mandarin and English, Kexin has passed China’s National Judicial Examination (PRC Bar) and recently sat for the New York Bar, with results pending. Her legal training in both China and the United States equips her with strong comparative research and analytical skills, as well as a global perspective for addressing complex trade and compliance issues.
